ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 
Items will be shipped within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS (M-F) after cleared payment. Custom orders will be discussed and a shipping time will be quoted. Shipping is by USPS from Native, 51 Front St, Scituate, MA 02066 

SHIPPING COST: Shipping total for an order with multiple items will be the cost of total dollar amount. Free outgoing shipping for orders $100.00 and over.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: USPS First Class Mail within the US generally takes 3-7 business days (M-F), however it does vary at times. Shipping charges include shipping costs, and packaging costs. USPS Tracking is provided for all shipments. Native is not responsible for stolen packages that have been successfully delivered by USPS. Contact your local post office to insure it was delivered to the correct address. To prevent stolen packages, consider asking Native to "add signature required" or delivery to your work address. Insurance is NOT included but may be provided if asked for, at a nominal additional charge.

MASSACHUSETTS: Residents will be charged sales tax at time of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Currently Native ships within the USA only. No international shipments.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you don’t like an item, you may return it within a 7 days of you receiving it. We cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping charges. Merchandise must be received in "original condition" with original tags, boxes etc. Make sure to add tracking and insurance and that it's well packed so that there is no damage.

Please ask questions if you are unsure. Returns of defected or incorrect items requires a photo of defect and pre-approval of return within one week of purchase. If something is incorrect with the order, let us know directly asap and it will be fixed.
