These sterling silver beads are commonly called Desert or Navajo Pearls. They are traditionally made by Diné (Navajo) silversmiths. These handmade beads are commonly seen on Squash Blossom necklaces, but are also worn alone on single or multi-strand necklaces and in bracelets.
