These spiritual totems are made from heavy-duty canvas cloth and hand-painted in a variety of beautiful desert colors and decorated with Native American symbols. Each piece is finished with natural willow branches gathered from the New Mexico wilderness. Diné (Navajo) artist Peter Ray James hand sews these sculptures, stuffs them and then paints various designs on the pieces. Each one is unique in design and painted colors. All are handcrafted by Pete Ray James and ach piece is signed and dated.
